Kaokee Singaporean Restaurant is currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Cutter to support our culinary operations at our Makati branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly; replace garbage bags and clean waste bins
- Organize and stock back-of-house (BOH) workstations with necessary ingredients and tools
- Store food and ingredients according to proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
