✅ Kitchen Operations & Food Quality
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure food is prepared according to Japanese cuisine standards and restaurant guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and coordinate with warehouse/purchasing for stock replenishment.
✅ Team Management & Training
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and teamwork.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Assist in training new kitchen team members on food preparation, safety, and hygiene.
✅ Food Safety & Cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
✅ Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Work closely with the Kitchen Operations Manager and management to improve kitchen operations.
- Address kitchen issues promptly and find solutions to maintain smooth service.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff for seamless order flow.
