Job Description:

Lead overall warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and full compliance with safety and company standards
Manage and develop warehouse staff, fostering accountability, productivity and continuous improvement
Control inventory movement, including stock monitoring, replenishment and precise record-keeping
Streamline layout and processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs and support operational goals
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics, resolving issues and ensuring smooth end-to-end supply flow.

Job Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on experience as a Warehouse Manager in high-volume or fast-paced environments
Proven leadership and operational management skills with a track record of driving warehouse excellence
Proficient in SAP for inventory and warehouse management
Strong team leadership, training and performance management abilities
In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance; SO1/SO2 certification is a strong advantage
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus but not required
Preferably available to start ASAP.
Residence near Bocaue, Bulacan preferred.
