Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Helpdesk Support professional with advanced experience in servers, networking, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support for Windows Server environments, networking infrastructure, and Office 365 systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Windows Server environments, including administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Perform advanced desktop troubleshooting for hardware, software, and OS-related issues.
- Administer and configure Windows Server, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls and network security systems.
- Assist with cloud migration projects and administer cloud environments (private and public cloud).
- Perform Office 365 administration, including migration, synchronization with Active Directory, and user support.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange (2010 and later), including mailbox management, troubleshooting, and migration tasks.
- Manage backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and quick restoration when necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN network issues.
- Monitor server and network alerts, perform remediation, and escalate as necessary.
- Administer anti-malware solutions and resolve related security incidents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and improve infrastructure stability and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Windows Server support and administration.
- Advanced desktop troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and firewall configuration.
- Experience in Office 365 administration, migration, and AD synchronization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (2010 and higher) administration.
- Experience with cloud technologies, including private and public cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remediate server and network alerts efficiently.
- Experience with backup administration and anti-malware solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, M365, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
- Prior experience in large-scale cloud migration projects.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation scripts.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection : Must be 50 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets : The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Webcam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
