Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or any related course.
- Preferably with 2 years experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the manufacturing industry
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable results
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Direct Report Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops and/or performs all formulation requirements of new formulas; Includes creation of theoretical formulation, bench mix development, product description or formulation sheet, lab tests, stability testing and monitoring, color verification, etc.
· Documents test results, specifications, and final formula procedures in a standard format for inclusion in the Master File Participates in the technology transfer from pilot scale to commercial manufacturing runs.
· Communicates in a timely fashion all the information regarding formulation, project status, raw material research, results, and others to all appropriate individuals in Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Departments.
· Conducts intellectual searches for technical information through a variety of resources, including the internet.
· Keeps abreast of current trends, practices, developments, and regulatory changes which would impact products, procedures, and/or formulation.
· Ensures the maintenance and/or adherence to good laboratory practices and all safety regulations both in laboratory and manufacturing areas.
· Provides technical knowledge in guiding other formulators, assistants, and technicians in the R&D Lab.
· Evaluate new and alternative raw materials for functionality and stability.
· Participates in the process of improvement and product investigations.
· Constructs experimental studies intended to provide supporting data or to resolve technical issues encountered during a project.
· Assists in revolving technical issues and drive completion of investigations that affect the technical scope and make recommendations for various options that would resolve the issue including a preferred option.
· Proposes ad implements recommendations to processes and procedures designed to increase efficiency, safety, and/or quality.
· Supports the progress of projects through technology transfer process by providing technical summaries at key stages during the project as requested.
· Experience in Construction Manufacturing
· Maintain current training record for required procedures.
· Develop manufacturing instructions, scale up batches, and transfer processes into manufacturing.
· Performs other work-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
