Manage end-to-end leasing activities including client inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and contract execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and prospective clients.
Ensure occupancy targets and revenue goals are met through proactive marketing and client engagement.
Prepare and review lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor rental collections, tenant concerns, and coordinate with property management for issue resolution.
Conduct market research to analyze rental trends, competitor offerings, and tenant demands.
Generate leasing reports and provide updates on occupancy, renewals, and pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications – Leasing Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, real estate laws, and property management practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of real estate/property management systems is an advantage.
Results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets and occupancy goals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple client accounts.
