Job Descripton
- Graduate of four-year course related to Logistics & Transport,
- Knowledgeable of Fleet/Trucking operations preferably in a manufacturing set-up, computer literate/knowledgeable of MS office, good oral and written communications,
- Assist Fleet Supervisor in handling Fleet-Maintenance operations,
- Maintains accurate records of Fleet inventory i.e., spare parts, tools, supplies, equipment,
- Monitoring the accomplishment of scheduled vehicle repairs and maintenance,
- Monitor fuel levels/tracking of fuel consumption,
- Monitor status/condition of trucks/service vehicles,
- Facilitates ordering and receiving of maintenance supplies and spare parts,
- Ensures that all supplies/materials are efficiently utilized - assist in managing maintenance costs,
- Performs admin and clerical tasks -prepare reports, maintains files,
- Monitors drivers and mechanics performance and provide immediate feedback on any issues/concerns,
- Recommends process improvements,
- Other tasks that maybe assigned by the IS on a day-to-day basis,
- Willing to assign Trece Martires, Cavite.
