MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Job Summary:
The Marketing/Communications Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization’s external communications, marketing campaigns, and brand presence. This role involves overseeing content creation, email marketing, event planning, digital advertising, and public engagement initiatives to support organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communications & Branding
- Manage all external communications, including blogs, press releases, and brand-related messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
2. Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Oversee email distribution, including template creation, formatting, and coding.
- Manage and distribute client newsletters, including Pathways-related communications.
3. Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor Applied Marketing Automation (AMA) campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to better utilize Pathways for marketing initiatives.
4. Event Management
- Plan and coordinate events, tradeshows, and community activities.
- Manage event merchandise, promotional items, and all related marketing materials.
5. Digital Engagement & Reviews
- Launch and execute plans to generate Google reviews and respond to customer feedback.
- Manage website updates, content planning, and document delivery via web platforms.
6. Advertising & Analytics
- Create, run, and maintain Google Ads campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing ROI reports and recommendations.
7. Fund Utilization & Donations
- Develop and implement a donations plan to maximize the impact of donated funds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, communications, or event management.
- Strong writing, editing, and brand management skills.
- Proficient in email marketing platforms, website CMS, and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Applied Marketing Automation (AMA) or similar tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email template coding.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Pathways platform utilization.
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Must be 25 Mbps at the least, preferably a wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi, or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets: The Contractor must have noise-cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Webcam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
