Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
- Good knowledge of HR practices and compliance standards
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of staff for corporate and property management roles.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, contracts, and files.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and government compliance requirements.
- Support training, performance evaluations, and employee development programs.
- Facilitate employee relations activities and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
- Monitor contract expirations, probation periods, and ensure timely documentation.
- Work closely with department heads to address HR-related needs across leasing operations.
- Participate in policy reviews & compliance checks.
