Job Brief
We’re seeking a creative and organised Marketing & Design Coordinator to support our business with the development of high-impact sales collateral, digital marketing content, and email campaigns. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong understanding of sales enablement, brand consistency, and digital communication. You will work directly with business leadership to bring ideas to life — creating professional brochures, price books, email blasts, and social content that align with our product and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Design
- Design and build clear, attractive, and brand-aligned price lists, product brochures, inventory sheets, and sales leave-behinds
- Maintain and update a master price book for internal and client use
- Collaborate with management to turn concepts and updates into polished visual

- Prepare documents and content for client presentations and trade use
Email Marketing
- Design and send email marketing campaigns and product updates using Mailchimp or similar tools
- Support periodic outreach to clients announcing new products, offers, or operational updates
- Work with internal stakeholders to translate rough content into professional communications
- Ensure emails are optimised for deliverability, engagement, and responsiveness
Digital & Social Media
- Post regular updates and content to social media platforms, focusing on organic reach and brand consistency
- Assist in repurposing content from brochures and updates into visual formats for online use
- Support audience engagement strategies and content scheduling
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a graphic design, email marketing, or marketing coordinator role
- Experience designing client-facing sales and marketing collateral
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for layout, formatting, and branding consistency
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey professional messaging visually
- Familiarity with social media platforms and how to post and schedule basic content
Software Proficiency:
- Mailchimp (or equivalent email marketing platform) – Required
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva Pro – Required
- WordPress or Shopify – Desirable
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace – Required for documentation and basic file formatting Social media publishing tools (native or third-party like Buffer, Hootsuite) –Desirable
Desirable:
- Experience using Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms to manage inventory or content
- Prior exposure to web design or website updates using WordPress, Squarespace, etc.
- Background working with product-based businesses (FMCG, manufacturing, or
- wholesale preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred
