The Marketing Manager of HealthSery Los Banos Medical Center has the following major responsibilities:
First, under Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, project management, and execution of all marketing activities for the hospital and its medical facilities. Plan programs and build relationships between healthcare personnel and patients, as well as position the medical center products and services favorably in the Los Banos, Laguna healthcare market. The Manager is also responsible for the planning, managing, and maintaining of the Marketing budget ensuring that all marketing activities stay within the approved marketing budget and ensure that the hospital and its medical facilities are able to meet their targets.
The Marketing Manager's responsibilities and Key Results Areas include but are not limited to:
· Content Marketing focusing on social media and the appropriate channels for marketing to our users in and around the Los Banos, Laguna healthcare market, including creation of social media posts, video content, blogs, and so on
· Digital Marketing such as Social Media, Ads, Search, and other digital forms of marketing utilizing a primarily digital platform and targeted towards the Los Banos, Laguna healthcare market
· Working with the local Los Banos, Laguna community through Community Partnerships to help build and increase the hospital's presence and recognition, through ads, promotions, and even event partnerships such as lay fora and sponsorships
· Public Relations and Media Partnerships where the Manager seeks out and secures other sources for promotions of the hospital through channels such as media outlets, broadcast, newspaper, influencer marketing, blogging, and content creation.
· Planning, Production, and Implementation of hospital marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, flyers, merchandize, and so on
Second, under Business Development, the Marketing Manager is responsible for sourcing and securing key accounts for the hospital, to aid in growing the hospital revenue streams. Key accounts can be: industrial partners, corporations, and so on, that will have need of our hospital services on a regular, recurring basis.
Third, the Marketing Manager will also work with the Customer Care department and ensure that the patients are able to properly receive the care and support they came to the hospital for, by assisting the Customer Care department projects and initiatives.
Lastly, The Marketing Manager will lead the Marketing team and ensure that the team is able to complete their tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to the administrative requirements of the hospital through the Quality Management department.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related fields
2. Preferably with at least 5 years experience in marketing management or a similar role, preferably with experience handling supervisory or managerial positions;
3. Experience with Documentation is a must, specifically, usage of MS Office Programs or Google Suite Tools such as MS Word / Google Docs, MS Excel / Google Spreadsheet, and MS Powerpoint / Google Slides
4. Experience with Project Management / PM Tools is a must (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
5. Marketing and leadership training is an advantage
6. Experience with CRM Tools a huge plus
7. Willing to work in Los Banos, Laguna
