ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Training Coordinator to support our Marketing and Training Team, as well as provide administrative assistance to the Owner and CEO of the company. This role involves maintaining up-to-date training materials, coordinating company events, supporting the onboarding process for new hires (primarily Australia-based), and handling a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Marketing Content Management:
- Update and maintain Marketing & training collateral and presentations using tools such as GAMMA and Canva.
- Ensure all training materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with current company standards.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate company events, including booking venues and liaising with caterers and vendors.
- Manage event logistics from planning through execution to post-event wrap-up.
- Onboarding Support:
- Monitor and follow up on the onboarding progress of new hires based in Australia.
- Ensure all onboarding tasks and training requirements are completed in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including formatting and preparing monthly Board Reports.
- CEO travel bookings
- Support other administrative tasks as required by the CEO Marketing and Training Team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, marketing support, or event coordination role.
- Proficiency in Canva, GAMMA (or similar presentation tools), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in event coordination and travel management
