We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer who has managed over $1 million per month in ad spend consistently over the last 12 months. This role requires a deep understanding of post-Apple update strategies, creative-driven advertising, offer testing, and scaling on platforms like Meta and TikTok. Experience with both Triple Whale and Northbeam is essential to track performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
You will work directly with the Creative Director and CRO team to execute a TikTok-first strategy, scaling successful organic content into high-performing paid media campaigns. What You’ll Do
- Manage Large-Scale Ad Campaigns:
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, consistently managing over $1 million/month in ad spend.
- Scale-winning creative and offers identified through organic TikTok tests and performance data.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, implementing adjustments to improve ROAS and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and CRO Team:
- Partner with the Creative Director to align ad strategies with tested hooks, offers, and creative concepts.
- Work with the CRO team to develop landing pages and offers optimized for conversions.
- Provide actionable feedback on creative performance to inform future testing and iterations.
- Develop and Test Strategies for Today’s Paid Social Landscape:
- Apply post-Apple update strategies, focusing on creative-driven advertising, data-informed targeting, and scaling based on performance trends.
- Test new ad formats, targeting strategies, and bidding models to stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm changes.
- Identify opportunities to expand campaigns across additional social platforms.
- Leverage Data and Tools for Optimization:
- Use Triple Whale and Northbeam to track performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV) and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing for creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to refine campaigns continuously.
- Stay up to date with platform reporting tools and third-party analytics solutions to ensure optimal performance tracking.
What You’ll Need
Proven Experience in Paid Social Media Buying:
- 12+ months of experience managing ad campaigns with $1 million/month+ in ad spend on Meta and TikTok.
- Expertise in direct response advertising, with a focus on performance-driven strategies post-Apple privacy updates.
- Strong understanding of today’s best practices in creative-driven advertising and scaling organic-to-paid campaigns.
- Proficiency with both Triple Whale and Northbeam to track and optimize campaign performance.
Analytical and Strategic Skills:
- Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Proven track record of scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Familiarity with TikTok’s unique advertising landscape and audience behavior.
- Collaboration and Adaptability:
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Creative Director and CRO team.
- Ability to provide clear feedback on creative performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
