We are hiring a Medical Director for a growing healthcare cluster, tasked with driving operational efficiency and ensuring the highest quality of care across clinical, dental, and pharmaceutical units. This role combines strategic leadership with practical oversight in patient care delivery, staff performance, and compliance with both local and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency & Compliance
- Lead the execution of clinical and operational strategies across medical units.
- Ensure optimum use of manpower, timely service delivery, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulations.
- Monitor cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service accuracy.
Leadership & People Development
- Oversee performance metrics and align staff performance with organizational goals.
- Foster professional development and guide team members toward continuous growth.
Customer & Account Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with business development and account teams to improve satisfaction and retention.
Financial Oversight
- Manage operating budgets and resource allocation to balance cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor financial KPIs and make strategic decisions to improve profitability.
Risk & Quality Assurance
- Uphold high standards by ensuring all procedures comply with quality, safety, and regulatory benchmarks.
Facility Oversight
- Supervise the administration of clinical facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
Qualifications
Education
- Licensed Medical Doctor
- Postgraduate training in Management or Finance preferred
- A Masters in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
- At least 10 years of clinical and administrative experience
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role overseeing hospital or clinic operations
