Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide timely, accurate and quality MIS reports, dashboards to the external & internal stakeholders of account(s) as per the defined process and standards of security and compliance

Qualifications
- At least 2nd year completed in college/Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in MIS experience.
- Good knowledge MS Office (primarily excel).
- Should knowledge of real-time - Experience with call center reporting and metrics.
- Good Interpersonal & people management skills with Good problem solving approach.
- Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
- Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor.
- Knowledge of Voice reporting systems(BPO industry) will be an added advantage
