Motor Pool In-charge
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or at least with a vocational degree in Automotive Mechanic
- At least 3- 5 years of experience in Automotive / Trucking/ Distributor Industry
- Preferably with good working knowledge on Under Chassis, Electrical, and Body repair engine
- Knowledgeable on equipment inspection procedure, occupational hazards, and safety measures
- With good working knowledge on welding, constructing, and repairing of motorized equipment
- Knowledgeable in setting up KPI for motor pool
- Computer Literate
- Assertive and able to facilitate meetings
- Good communication and listening skills
- Must have good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make cost estimate of repairs
- Knowledgeable on purchasing of parts and suppliers
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise documentation of vehicle dispatch procedures, maintenance repairs and inspections, and ensures staff is appropriately trained in these areas
- Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff
- Assures that routine maintenance and safety checks are performed
- Oversees work activities and reviews work to ensure it is performed safely, on-time, and according to establish procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
- Develops work schedule for mechanics and assistant mechanics
- Prioritizes, assigns, and schedules job tasks, and adjusts schedules as necessary in response to staff absences
- Conducts new employee orientation including mechanics training, safety and quality, as needed
- Involve in inventory control of automotive, special equipment, and spare parts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
