JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the daily monitoring and checking of inbound/outbound transactions and all inventory movement activities. Ensuring all stocks are arranged and store properly. Responsible on reliable MHE downtime reporting, facility cleanliness, safety and maintained auditable of the area. Authorized to approve and checked a documented transactions in the absence of Superior.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure the accomplishment of all day to day transactions in a safe and on a Standard Operating Procedure.
- Responsible on verifying daily MHE, facility inspection, Personal hygiene, and Sanitation checklist, Temperature monitoring, and Shipment inspection report in the absence of superior.
- Initiative reporting/notifying of any irregularities on transactions, MHE, facility, incidents, and other activities to immediate superior for immediate action.
- Assist in the regular cycle and inventory count activity and audits.
- Complies both internal and company policies & procedures such as FIFO, FEFO, 5S, GOP and other defined quality programs being implemented by Pure Logistics Express cold storage
- Assist as Operator/Picker and as a checker to accomplished all planned activities in the absence of subordinates.
- Interact with entire operations and D&IC Team to work as a team when withdrawing and receiving items of clients.
- Proper care of equipment by going thru the equipment checklist prior to using them, and immediately reports any irregularities found
- Report and communicate to the WHSE Supervisor pertaining to the matter needs immediate actions for the continuous improvement of the operations.
- Complies training requirements of the company and observe safety practices including proper use of PPE’s and basic equipment handling techniques.
- Initiates clean, safe and positive work environment.
- Gather his subordinates to escalate, remind and re-enforce SOPs, as well as discuss relevance concerns, issues and recommendations.
- Strictly follows Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Education:
- College level
Experience:
- With 3 years experience in Warehousing Logistics
