- Graduate of any business related course
- Technology literate, able to write emails, create excel spreadsheets and word documents
- Fluent in English, Tagalog, Bisaya
- With work experience related to office secretarial work
- Able to maintain proper filing of documents, records and other materials
- Able to keep and monitor office supplies
- Ensure office is clean, neat and tidy every day
- Coordinate with area supervisor/manager
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
