Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Klued’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and smooth coordination across all departments, especially in production, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service. This role is critical in maintaining Klued’s commitment to delivering high-quality skincare products and excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily company operations, including order processing, production schedules, and logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for online and retail channels.
2. Process Improvement
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to reduce delays and operational costs.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
- Oversee the implementation of systems or tools for productivity and performance tracking.
3. Team Management
- Lead and supervise operations staff, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all skincare products meet Klued’s quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Oversee safe handling, storage, and shipping of products.
- Maintain compliance with Philippine laws on labor, health, safety, and trade.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with marketing for product launches, campaigns, and stock allocation.
- Liaise with finance for budgeting, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with customer service to address operational issues affecting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, Shopee).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
