Company Profile: Engkanto Taps is a flagship taproom of Engkanto Brewery, known for its award-winning craft beers and unique cocktail creations. The taproom offers a selection of 8 craft beers on tap, including the High Hive Honey Ale and Paint Me Purple Ube Lager, which are popular in the US and Australia. Engkanto Taps also features seasonal brews and a beer flight option for newcomers to explore different beer styles. Engkanto Taps aims to grow the craft community in the country by providing an authentic and fantastic experience with its signature drinks and unique cocktails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and shortages.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, quality, and safety.
- Ensure guests receive high-quality food and service experiences.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and take proactive measures to improve satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor budgets, sales goals, and cost controls.
- Maximize profitability by controlling expenses, managing labor costs, and driving revenue.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Promote a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in restaurant or F&B outlet management (1-2 years minimum).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant software,
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule:
- 6 Days a week, 1 RD , 8hrs + 1hr Break, (1 shift to start off Lima so no particular schedule yet)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
