Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Coordination and Monitoring
- Oversee daily job order assignments, technician dispatch, and service route planning.
- Monitor timely and complete execution of pest control services.
- Verify submitted reports (Service Acknowledgments, Treatment Reports, Job Orders) for accuracy and completeness.
2. Field Operations Support
- Conduct field visits and random inspections to ensure service quality and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the handling of escalated client concerns or service-related issues.
- Ensure the proper use of equipment and chemicals during service delivery.
3. Compliance and Safety Oversight
- Ensure compliance with company protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety procedures during field operations.
- Report any operational incidents, non-compliance, or risks to the management.
4. Coordination with Other Departments
- Collaborate with Sales, Admin, Q.A, and Warehouse teams for seamless service execution.
- Provide feedback from field operations to HR and Training for performance improvements.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain updated logs of service completions, technician attendance, and client feedback.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the management.
- Assist in operations audits and documentation for ISO compliance.
6. Staff Support and Leadership
- Support toolbox meetings and contribute to technician coaching and discipline.
- Monitor technician attendance and performance; recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Promote team discipline, professionalism, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or service coordination (pest control or field service experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of route planning, job order monitoring, and field service standards.
- Familiar with safety standards and PPE protocols.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of job order tracking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle field-related concerns effectively.
