Responsibilities:
- Space planning and drafting of detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings for medical facilities, ensuring compliance with Australian industry standards and regulations.
- Utilizing CAD software to develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models of medical spaces, incorporating client specifications and design requirements.
- Generating photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations to help clients visualize the final look and feel of their medical facilities.
- Maintaining organized project files and documentation, including design revisions and communication with stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years equivalent experience in architecture or drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD software for 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Familiar with Australian standards and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Prior experience in medical facility design or healthcare architecture will be highly considered.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design projects, including floor plans, construction drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Required language: Proficient in English, writing, and speaking.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be hardworking, disciplined, and have a positive working attitude.
