Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Drugmakers Laboratories, Inc.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Packaging Material Purchaser to manage the sourcing and purchasing of packaging materials, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery in line with pharmaceutical standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Preferably with experience in procuring packaging materials in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and assess suppliers; negotiate terms and prices
- Process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure material specs and inventory needs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to cost-saving initiatives
