Job Title: Junior Account Executive (Labels & Packaging)
Location: Light Industry & Science Park III, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-friendly Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone new to sales or client servicing who wants to build a strong foundation in the printing and packaging industry. You’ll be trained to handle client accounts, process job orders, and support coordination between clients and our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts from inquiry to delivery
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents
- Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to clients
- Perform basic after-sales follow-up (feedback, repeat orders, issue resolution)
- Support senior staff in handling large or complex accounts
- Maintain organized records of transactions and client communication
- Learn about label materials, printing methods, and packaging finishes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- No experience in the printing industry required — we provide training!
- Experience or exposure to printing, packaging, or production is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
