Position: Call Center Agent (Outbound | On-Site – Batangas City)
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales
- Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales
- Perform data entry and update customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Respond to customer emails in a timely manner
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and campaign requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented with adaptability to different personality types
- Intelligent, resourceful, and a fast learner
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
