The Payroll Specialist role is an integral part of the Corporate Services team. This role is dedicated to supporting the Corporate Services team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and benefits across all entities.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly/fortnightly payroll accurately, including terminations, reimbursements, and leave adjustments.
- Maintain and update confidential employee payroll records and required statutory documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with payroll legislation, including PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, and STP.
- Interpret awards and agreements to ensure employees are paid correctly and compliantly.
- Coordinate with payroll software support to resolve system-related issues.
- Generate, review, and reconcile invoices; manage billing queries and credit adjustments.
- Provide timely reports to management and assist with payroll reconciliation and audits.
- Support HR and administrative tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in payroll and/or billing administration.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and award interpretation.
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-focused mindset.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in payroll systems.
- Relevant qualifications in Payroll, HR, or Accounting are a plus.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
