1. To prepare bi-monthly payroll report before the 15th and 30th/31st of the month
2. To ensure all remittances in relation to employee’s compensation are regularly computed, monitored, filed and remitted to government agencies
3. To assist the Compliance Officer in the preparation of government required reports & assist Tax Admin Section Head and Accounting Head during the conduct of Internal and External Examinations
4. To prepare journal entries and 1601C in relation to payroll transactions and accounts
5. To strictly implement internal controls to ensure proper accounting
6. To sort and file documents and reports to the above-mentioned function
7. To prepare and manually compute the overtime forms of team members
8. To prepare issuance of PDM to team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
