What you'll do:
As our People & Talent Partner, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll be our go-to person for everything people-related and play a key role in shaping the candidate and employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Post jobs on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
- Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Build relationships within the local IT community - including partnerships with universities, tech communities, and professional networks
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and internal databases
- Coordinate technical interviews and lead initial screening calls
- Support salary negotiations and onboarding
People Operations & Culture
- Organize employee engagement activities (e.g., Happy Fridays, team-building)
- Support probation check-ins and feedback processes
- Help build development plans for employees
- Maintain HR documents and employee records
- Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day HR-related queries
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR (preferably in tech/outsourcing)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy and organized - can manage multiple roles and systems in parallel
- Warm, people-oriented, and proactive - with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a young, fast-paced, and international environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Previous work with international companies
- HR certification or relevant training
