KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- With knowledge in the segment of hospital-based and cardio products.
- Takes ownership and demonstrates the ability to drive monthly sales results through superior selling skills.
- Above average interpersonal, platform, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with key decision makers and influencers within physician offices.
- Must pose the ability to work effectively in a team environment while positive, open communication and collaboration with co-workers and counterparts is exercised.
- Completes all administrative duties in a timely fashion and works within the specified budget.
- Consistently executes all field sales activities including promotions, delivery of goods and collection of payment with a high degree of professionalism in accordance with established company guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences and Business.
- With at least 1 year sales and marketing experience gained from a respected pharmaceutical company handling hospital-based injectable products.
- Fresh College graduates with excellent academic record are welcome to apply.
- With proven successful sales track record, negotiation skills and ability to execute marketing plans.
- Can manage a territory in a fast-paced working environment.
- With effective communications skills both oral and written.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Ideally residing from the same area applying for.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
