4、Monitor product operation data, regularly report findings, and propose improvement actions to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
5、Participate in cross-functional projects to drive the optimization and innovation of product operation processes, adapting to business development.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
2、More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce product operations, with a preference for experience in Lazada or other major e-commerce platforms.
3、Familiarity with the Philippine market, with strong market insights and product sensitivity.
4、Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of establishing effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
5、Data-driven decision-making ability, proficient in using data analysis tools to optimize operation strategies based on data insights.
