MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensure smooth running of line operations and production process at the highest quality of the product and supervise the production team in a shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shift production line operations.
- Responsible in making the daily production report per shift.
- Implements maintenance programs and proper change-over for all machines.
- Leads the troubleshooting of alarms during machine breakdowns.
- Manage production process, make routine checkups, and adjust recipe and equipment base on company and quality standards
- Ensure all product and package quality is within standards and specifications.
- Prepares Daily Production and Efficiency reports to SBMS (online Simplified Business Management System).
- Create and update the procedures manual, work instruction manual, and monitoring reports.
- Prepares and updates weekly manning schedule of production team based on production schedule
- Supervise all machine operators.
- Prepares performance evaluation reports and appraisals of machine operators.
- Maintain clean, safe & healthy work environment by following standards & procedures and complying legal regulations.
- To establish/implement/comply with GMP, HACCP, OHSAS, & FSSC policies and SOPs.
- Perform other related duties assigned to them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or an equivalent.
- At least four (4) years working experience in supervisory position
- With experience in a Plastic Injection Company is required
- Knowledgeable in Husky, Sacmi and Moss is an advantage.
