We are looking for Production Worker – Team Leader to join our team.
In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew of production workers, ensuring smooth operations, consistent output quality, and strict adherence to safety standards. This position is ideal for someone with prior production experience and strong leadership skills who can balance team management with active participation in daily production tasks.
Description:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production crew
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure production targets are met
- Provide training and support to new and existing workers
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE
- Perform manual or machine-assisted tasks as needed
- Inspect output to maintain quality standards
- Report equipment issues, incidents, or delays to supervisors
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role
- Previous leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure
