JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for ensuring that the quality of units and turnover experience meet the established standards set by the company.
2. Works together with his/her team during actual unit owner inspection and directly responds to the unit owner's architectural concerns.
3. Identifies and reports all the architectural punchlist and concerns of the project to the concerned departments before actual turnover.
4. Ensures that all punchlist items are rectified on the given time and within the standards.
5. Validates the architectural plans and ensures that they are executed properly.
6. Performs tasks as needed for smooth transition of handover.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge in Building Construction, Quality Control, Quality Assurance or equivalent.
- Flexible and can represent the company during client handover/meeting.
- Familiar in local building codes and international standards in construction industry
- Knowledgeable in various construction phases from pre-design to post-construction, punchlisting, close-out and project handover.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of working experience in punchlisting or handover
- Can start ASAP
