Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in Bacolod City Negros Occidental (Golden Palm Subdivision).
- Male or Female.
- Preferably someone who is a graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Course.
- Preferably someone with subdivision management experience.
- With minimum of four (4) years in the same capacity as Property Manager.
- With more than four (4) years in Property Management and operations.
- Experienced in handling tenant relations.
- Coordinate schedules of appointment and meeting with the board or client.
- Constantly prepares and creates report and analysis to be presented and forwarded to immediate superior.
- Minimum of four (4) years in handling Accounting Staff, Technical Staff, Customer services and housekeeping and Security.
- With knowledge in the technical side and building equipment of a Subdivision.
- With knowledge in handling financial statements and billings in a residential property.
- With sense of urgency.
- With PCO Certification is a must.
- Can start ASAP

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
