Job Title: Leasing Specialist & Real Estate Assistant
Location: Remote (Ohio/Florida Preferred)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Some weekends as needed)
About Us
Venture Property Group LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Leasing Specialist & Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and be proficient in administrative tasks, CRM management, and property research. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tenant interaction – incoming/outgoing calls, messages, emails, notices, etc.
- Oversee weekly checklists: site checks to all common interiors and grounds
- Effectively manage the property waiting lists and C.R.M.
- Work with marketing team for timely advertising of new units for rent
- Work closely with rent collection for timely results and follow up
- Coordinate incoming maintenance requests
- Timely follow up on maintenance staff and procedures
- Continually increase property performance and lower operating expenses
- Timely completion of job duties
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; must be easily understood over the phone and in person.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry within specified time frames
- Ability to perform tasks in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Docs and Sheets.
