JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee the preparation of detailed quantity and cost estimates for all projects managed by his/her team
- Review and validate quantity/cost estimates prepared by team members, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Establish and maintain standardized cost planning and budgeting procedures within the team.
- Monitor overall project financial across all team-managed projects, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adhere to budgets.
- Implement innovative cost control measures to enhance overall project efficiency.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to improved project profitability.
- Conduct cost analysis for value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project manager and engineers to optimize project costs.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to project costs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- minimum of 5 years of valued Quantity Surveying experience in building construction
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Computer literate using MS Office, AutoCAD, Planswift and other applicable software
- PRC Licensed
- well-versed in quantity surveying of all trades (CSA & MEPF)
