Education & Experienced Requirements:

Job Summary:
The Building Administrator is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of operations, safety, maintenance and administration of the building/ campus facilities. This role ensures that all buildings, utilities, and grounds are well-maintained, functional, and compliant with safety regulations, while providing a safe and conducive environment for students, faculty, and staff.
The position involves supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating repair and renovation projects, managing service contracts, and implementing facility improvement programs in alignment with institutional goals.
