Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Staff to join our team in ensuring the quality and safety of products in our food manufacturing facility. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and assisting in implementing food safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and finished product quality inspections.
- Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety standards.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation and reports.
- Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations.
- Coordinate with production staff to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Graduate of a food-related course such as Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in food manufacturing for at least 6 months is an advantage.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
