JOB SPECIFICATION
QUALIFICATION : Graduate of a 4-year University Course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Biology or Food Technology and other related courses or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE : With technical background and experience in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), ISO 9001 and 2200, Shall also be knowledgeable in the quality control checks and operational parameters in the manufacturing processes
TRAINING : Effective for the position given. Knowledgeable on manufacturing processes, procedures and machineries. Physically fit to work, efficient and hardworking. Self-motivated and has the ability to build teamwork for the attainment of organizational objectives. Can work under varying shifts and willing to render overtime. Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality. Knowledge in Microsoft Office
SKILLS : Possess a good communication and capable of planning, organizing controlling and leading a team. Internal Audit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures that QA/QC Inspectors adheres to their functions, duties and responsibilities and their competency on the established quality standards.
2. Coordinate activities to respected section/division in-charge/heads and Ensures full coverage of all control points (CP) and critical control points CCCP of Canning Plant, Ice Plant, Cold Storage and MPP operations by developing complete workforce of QA inspectors.
3. Ensures that quality assurance/control programs and procedures are being conducted properly and accurately.
4. Ensures all activities relating to quality assurance and control are being documented and relevant information being disseminated accordingly.
5. Frequently evaluates quality assurance and control data and ensures precision of the documentation.
6. Ensures that GMP/SSOP practices are being consistently implemented within the plant operations.
7. Recommend preventive measures to potential deviations and provide corrected actions on encountered deviations.
8. Accomplished HACCP monitoring procedures, evaluates and examine product to assure compliance with various specification, and make recommendation for HACCP Plan modification
