Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – CSA

Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor – CSA is responsible for managing all cost and contract aspects of civil, structural, and architectural works in construction projects. This role ensures accurate cost estimation, effective budget control, and proper contract administration while maintaining compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Contract Duties
- Review and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for CSA works.
- Assist in procurement, including supplier/subcontractor evaluation and tender analysis.
2. Post-Contract Duties
- Manage and monitor project budgets for CSA works, ensuring cost control and adherence to approved budgets.
- Evaluate and process variations, change orders, and claims related to CSA scope.
- Prepare and submit progress payment applications to clients and review subcontractor payment claims.
3. Measurement & Valuation
- Conduct on-site measurements and verify completed work quantities.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete assessments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all CSA cost-related matters.
4. Contract Administration
- Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other relevant contract forms.
- Support project managers in negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Mitigate contractual risks through proper documentation and timely communication.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve cost or scope issues.
- Provide regular cost updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying for CSA works in medium to large-scale projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards for civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy) and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with contract forms such as FIDIC or similar.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
