Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to support the company’s manpower needs, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate selection.
- Manage the interview process and schedule assessments.
- Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline for future needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
The Recruiter ensures the organization meets its staffing requirements by effectively sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, with a strong focus on delivering a positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
