Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Clark. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating job offers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and placing qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, career fairs, internet research, and direct contact.
- Conduct face-to-face or over-the-phone interviews with candidates and provide summary notes for the client's review.
- Directly coordinate with clients regarding preferred requirements and set up interviews with qualified candidates via Zoom, Teams, or other platforms.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills/expertise, administration of exams, the interview process, and salary negotiation in accordance with market range and trends.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation, compensation, statutory benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment in accordance with labor policies/regulations.
- Upload and maintain accurate candidate data and status in JobAdder (ATS).
- Ensure pre-employment steps, including reference checks and medical examinations, are completed in a timely manner.
- Work cooperatively with all members of the team to develop and apply appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically JobAdder, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening, video conferencing, and in-person interviews.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
