Job Summary:
The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring staffing targets are met within set timelines and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain professional networks, particularly within the insurance and related industries. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving the team towards recruitment and placement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong industry networks for candidate sourcing, with a focus on insurance and sales-related roles.
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze results, and create action plans for improvement.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisorial role within a staffing, sales, or insurance recruitment environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
