We’re hiring for a project-based position as a Universal Support Representative! Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for this entry-level position. Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and membership plans
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Observe and proctor patients performing self-tests via video calls
- Log calls, track issues, and escalate concerns as needed
- Collaborate with team members and follow SOPs closely
- Stay updated on company tools, processes, and announcements
