About the Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting Manager to join our client's team and lead the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of project and program-level reporting across a major infrastructure build. You will be part of a high-performing project controls team, responsible for establishing consistent reporting frameworks, managing reporting calendars, enhancing data quality, and developing insightful dashboards in collaboration with technical teams. In this key role, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports to internal and external stakeholders, contribute to performance tracking, and support risk and change management through effective data analysis. You will also lead efforts to standardize reporting tools and processes, act as the central point of contact for project status reporting, and drive improvements in visual reporting and data validation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in PMO and Project Controls, advanced knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and SharePoint, and the ability to interface with contractors, consultants, and clients at all levels. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in project controls and PMO reporting within major construction or infrastructure programs.
- Advanced working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and other Programme Management Information Systems (PMIS).
- Strong understanding of program controls and reporting standards, with experience developing dashboards and enhancing reporting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to validate and check data and reports, and provide commentary and analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working with project managers, consultants, and contractors to drive reporting quality.
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating monthly review meetings and preparing consolidated program dashboards.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology, performance measurement (including earned value), and risk/change reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deliver under tight deadlines, and maintain a high standard of report accuracy and relevance.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
