Research and Data Analyst:
As a Research and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research into our clients' vacancies and analyzing candidate data to identify the most qualified individuals. Your insights will enhance our recruitment strategies and contribute significantly to our client engagements. This position requires strong research skills, proficiency in data analysis, and an understanding of recruitment principles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand client-specific job vacancies and desired candidate profiles.
- Gather and manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize analytical tools to assess candidate qualifications and potential fit.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on candidate analysis to recruitment teams and clients.
- Collaborate with various departments to align research and analysis with recruitment projects.
- Provide consultative feedback based on data analysis to refine recruitment strategies.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in research and/or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency with Excel or other data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
