Working Hours:
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the restaurant’s needs.
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and monitor restaurant staff. Motivate team members to perform at their best while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Ensure Food Quality & Safety: Monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to meet food safety standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas are kept clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed. Ensure that all necessary supplies are available for smooth operations.
- Handle Cash and Payments: Oversee cash handling, process payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback for management review.
