JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Ensures customer orders come out simultaneously in high quality & within service time.
2. Always address and treat customers with utmost respect and wholehearted service. Zero customer complaint
3. Ensures Completeness & Good Condition of
A. Small/Large Wares
B. Utensils & equipment at all times
C. ensures proper reporting to the Superior immediately
4. Ensuring the food will arrived to the guest in good and pleasing condition
5. Ensures customer orders come out simultaneously in high quality & within service time.
6. Make sure the food that came out from the kitchen is in good condition, complete and appetizing before giving it to the server
7. Prepares food items within standard based on QRG released only by RnD
8. Suggestive selling and must be evident. Ensure that all are knowledgeable about the product and existing promo Using the Service Audit Report
9. All endorsements coming from the previous shift must be read and sign before start of duty
10. Audit Result Cleanliness and Condition
Qualifications
1. Entry-Level Experience: Previous work experience in the food and beverage industry (e.g., server, bartender, cook, or kitchen staff) is often expected.
2. Customer Service Experience: A strong background in customer-facing roles is critical.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Team-oriented: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with others.
5. Customer-focused: Always focused on delivering a great customer experience.
6. Adaptability: Flexible in handling various tasks and adjusting to fast-paced environments.
