Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance.
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock shelves and displays.
- Ensure proper pricing and labeling of merchandise.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong understanding of the products offered by the store.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Demonstrate products as needed.
Other Tasks:
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
