Position Overview
We are seeking a Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. This individual will play a key role in optimizing pricing strategies, maximizing occupancy, and driving overall revenue growth across our global property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, market insight, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends, demand forecasts, and historical data.
- Monitor and adjust rates across multiple platforms (OTAs, direct website, internal systems).
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify revenue opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align pricing and distribution strategies.
- Identify underperforming listings and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, local events, and market shifts.
- Suggest promotions, packages, or campaigns to improve revenue performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or corporate housing.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with PMS, OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), and revenue management tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
